Oh, to be married in Chanel with flowers in my hair and ballet flats on my feet in the south of France. Kiera Knightley shows us how to nail the intimate wedding.

The Great Debate: Peony v Hydrangea

Fresh flowers are the most beautiful little luxury you can buy yourself. Whether it's the full bulbous blooms of peonies, or the voluminous pastel colourings of hydrangeas, flowers are my favourite little treat to buy when having a blue day or feeling like the world is an ugly place.

The shot below was taken on an early Saturday morning when riding back from Canberra's Epic Farmer Markets. These three colours are complemented perfectly by the brown butcher's paper, and kept me company for a solid week in a tall, cylindrical, glass vase.

Sophie Dahl, an all-rounder if there ever were one. The grand-daughter of Roald Dahl, she writes, she models but I enjoy her cooking prowess the most. Her recipe book-turn-memoir Miss Dahl's Voluptuous Delights (and its follow up From Season to Season: A Year in Recipes) and subsequent TV series The Delicious Miss Dahl are informative, entertaining and visually - just stunning.

Her recipe for Rhubarb and Rosewater Eton Mess is firmly on my to do list. Whether embellished with crystallised rose petals or pistachios, this treat is so beautiful. I envisage whipping this up on an easy Saturday afternoon in preparation for a dinner party with loved ones.

When I return to Australia, I can't wait to get back into yoga. Any form of exercise where you get to lie down at the end completely motionless is A-OK by me. And there is none better at this art form than Briohny Smyth. Serious inspiration right here, not just in the strength she displays in her body, but her gorgeous surroundings.

IKEA interior styling
I'm in the process of looking at where to live when I return to Australia. Along with that comes the decoration of my room. I love using this image as inspiration to see how many elements I can incorporate into my tiny dorm room.

My favourite Lana look by far
Today is the day that I purchased tickets to see Lana Del Rey in concert. I love her music, but the aspect that has me most excited, (and I'm not ashamed to admit it) is her style. I can't wait to see her outfits. As for me, outfit planning starts now.

A white, lady like, chic and flirty dress is a must.

Then either an intricate braid or hair adorned with flowers me thinks.

High street options I have at my disposal? These Topshop Doc Marten-esque boots I have ordered combine grunge and femininity beautifully. And this ASOS  Lace Skater Dress with Applique Detailing is one of my favourite investments that could be just perfect for this occasion. Finish the look off with false eyelashes and false nails in equal measure and I have all the ingredients for a magical night.

Also, I don't think it's possible for anyone to be more excited than me for The Great Gatsby release. Listen out for Lana's Young and Beautiful track in the latest trailer.
